The H.A.S.P’s unique design raises the generator rotor during an outage which enables the bearings to roll in and out as well as acting as a bearing during disassembly and reassembly of internal components while positioning the rotor in running position. The H.A.S.P has 215 tons of lifting capacity with mechanical holding devices for safety after hydraulic lift. It eliminates the need for awkward jacks, moves in .002 increments and saves approximately 16 to 24 hours of production time. Generator Jacks:
